3. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific results from our services. Credit repair outcomes depend on many factors unique to each client, including:

• The responsiveness of credit bureaus and creditors
• Your cooperation in providing necessary information
• Your ongoing credit behavior during the repair process

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

5. Payment Terms

6. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your service agreement within three (3) business days of signing without any charge. After the cancellation period, you may cancel at any time according to the terms of your service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

NXT Step Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim.
